Cold Drink | 4 Servings
Ingredients
- Coconut milk: 1 can – 15-ounces (400 ml)
- Raw cashews*: ½ cup (65 g)
- Maple syrup: 3 tbsp
- Ground nutmeg: ¼ tsp
- Ground cinnamon: ¼ tsp
- Vanilla extract: ¼ tsp
- Ice: ¼ cup (65 ml)
*Cashews: – Either soak overnight or prepare prior to blending using boiling water. Directions: Place cashews in water and bring to a boil. Once the water is boiling, remove from heat, and cover. Let that sit for about 15 minutes.
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
