Cold Drink | 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • Coconut milk: 1 can – 15-ounces (400 ml)
  • Raw cashews*: ½ cup (65 g)
  • Maple syrup: 3 tbsp
  • Ground nutmeg: ¼ tsp
  • Ground cinnamon: ¼ tsp
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ tsp
  • Ice: ¼ cup (65 ml)

*Cashews: – Either soak overnight or prepare prior to blending using boiling water. Directions: Place cashews in water and bring to a boil. Once the water is boiling, remove from heat, and cover. Let that sit for about 15 minutes.

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
