Chilled Drink | 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • Fennel: ½ cup chopped fresh fennel (65 g)
  • Red Bell Pepper: ½ cup chopped fresh pepper (65 g)
  • Clementine: 4 peeled with seeds removed
  • Agave: 2 tbsp
  • Habanero: 1 (or less or none – this depends on how much spice you can take)
  • Water: 2 cups

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture through strainer so you have glasses of clear drink.
  • Add ice as needed.
