16 Cookies
Ingredients:
- Almond Flour: 2 cups finely ground
- Baking Powder: ½ tsp
- Maple Syrup: 1/3 cup dark (grade C)
- Vanilla Extract: 2 tsp
- Dried Cranberries: ½ cup
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 °F /175 °C
- Mix Almond Flour and Baking Powder
- Stir in Maple Syrup and Vanilla Extract
- Stir in Cranberries
- Once you have a sticky dough, shape the cookies into balls and place on a baking sheet about 1 inch a apart
- For crisper cookies you can flatten them slightly before baking
- Bake for about 12 minutes, until golden brown
