16 Cookies

Ingredients:

  • Almond Flour: 2 cups finely ground
  • Baking Powder: ½ tsp
  • Maple Syrup: 1/3 cup dark (grade C)
  • Vanilla Extract: 2 tsp
  • Dried Cranberries: ½ cup

Instructions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 °F /175 °C
  • Mix Almond Flour and Baking Powder
  • Stir in Maple Syrup and Vanilla Extract
  • Stir in Cranberries
  • Once you have a sticky dough, shape the cookies into balls and place on a baking sheet about 1 inch a apart
  • For crisper cookies you can flatten them slightly before baking
  • Bake for about 12 minutes, until golden brown
